Kind Words 💗

We are so passionate about what we do and when residents and loved ones get to see that for themselves and share their experiences, it means everything to us! Below are some kind words sent into our team the loved ones of our residents.

I wanted to extend my thanks to you and your staff for the amazing care and kindness you have shown my father since he moved into the home in January 2017. Those words seem so insignificant in comparison to how you all made him feel. He always told me he was treated like a KING and I certainly experienced so much care and kindness from the staff whenever I contacted the home, when I had the pleasure of joining him for Easter dinner there in April 2019, during my time with him this summer, and whenever I viewed the Facebook page to see the continuous social events that you hosted. He loved it all so very much. Most especially in these last 9 months as Dad’s health was failing, there was increased care, pureed meals, and so many accommodations made to keep him comfortable.

During our daily calls, we would discuss the news of “care” in retirement homes here in Ontario in comparison to what he was experiencing. The Covid restrictions were certainly challenging for him and your residents however we both knew whatever challenges, all staff at your home would always provide amazing care for the residents and keep them safe. He said he was blessed to be at such an amazing home with such amazing staff.

Thank you again for all that you did for my father. He lived his final years in a caring, safe and comfortable home feeling very blessed. He and I had a great feeling about the home when we first visited in August 2016, and I want to commend you on the fabulous job that you and the staff continue to do every day for the residents and their families.

I would like to thank you and your staff for the kindness that you showed to my Dad, right up until the end.
It was a difficult decision to suggest Dad move into the Home when Mom passed away, but we surely know now, it was the right one. At a time when homes for the elderly are exposing lack of care and lack of staffing, Dad felt so privileged that he was being treated ‘like a King’.

Congratulations on managing and caring for your residents so well.

The way you are treated when you walk through the door. The staff is awesome, the care is next to none, the meals are delicious, and you feel like family when you walk in the door. Entertainment is awesome to keep the residents entertained. Always something on the go there for the residents; the girls and manager are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. All around great experience.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law stayed here. They received amazing care. It is a very bright and clean environment. It was so comforting to know they were happy there and well taken care of. Many groups would go to entertain the residents with their talents. The staff went above and beyond to provide the care needed in their last days. I can’t say enough good about this place.

It is the most wonderful place for your loved one to go to when they are unable to take care of themselves. The staff is kind and loving towards all the residents. They do amazing things to keep the residents safe, entertained and occupied.

It is a wonderful place, the staff always greet you with a smile and a quick hello regardless of how busy they are, the recreation there for the residents couldn’t be any better.
